We needed to close that one out

I know it was the Yankees but with a 6-1 lead we needed to close that one out and take those two games. To me those where statement games. What we we said was maybe we can beat you, if things work out. What we needed to say was, we will beat you! Lets see what we can do with the Red Sox and we have another shot at NY in September. We need to learn to shut the door on NY!
