I like this pick up of Mark Prior.

29 years old, turns 30 on Sep 7, 2nd pick in the 2001 draft. 6'5" 225 Right hander, .592 winning % W49 L29 GS109 ERA3.51

Mark spent a month with the Flyers as a relief pitcher, throwing 11.0 innings over nine outings, striking out 22 of 44 total batters faced while not allowing an earned run.

If Mechanics are still an issue with Mark then I think he is coming to a great place. No one better than Nolan and mike to get it on track. They will send down the right instructions and get Mark on the right path. I like this!
